The old port town of Puerto de la Cruz is located in the green north of the Canary Island of Tenerife. A charming town where you can still enjoy the real Canarian atmosphere. You will stay for 8 days at the Taoro Garden hotel. Here you can literally and figuratively distance yourself from the daily worries. Whether it's business or personal, it doesn't matter much. You are going to work completely cared for and in a safe environment on your management issues, a new structure and energy balance. Immediately after booking, the personal approach starts with an extensive intake and a few preparatory assignments. On this intake we base the further guidance, so that we can inspire 100%.

Day 1 Arrival
After landing at Tenerife Airport and picking up your suitcase, we will arrange for the transfer to the hotel. After check-in and lunch we invite you for a walking tour through the characteristic town of Puerto de la Cruz.

Days 2 to 7
These days we are going to work on important issues. Such as awareness of the current situation. The processing and release of things that stand in the way of your (business) development.
We'll also introduce you to various relaxation techniques. You will also get active inspiration from a walk at El Teide and an interesting excursion.

During your stay we will work together to gain insight into your situation. All those things you want to get a grip on or make informed decisions about. We do this through conversations, targeted assignments combined with getting to know relaxation techniques. The result is a personal plan of approach, both business and personal.

Day 8 Departure
This is the day of the journey back to your new future. The completion of this will depend on the time of departure.

At the end of the trip, you will understand the (un)possibilities of yourself personal, but also business. Think about things like leadership style, organizational goal, solution directions and specific issues.
