The business mentality often focuses on the career tiger. A good education, nice house, tough car and regularly on holiday to the sun. Apparently, you made it, or else you're a loser. This image is reinforced by social media, but also by commercial TV channels. There are plenty of people who can and want to live up to this image. They need this and are prepared to go far for it. In many cases at the expense of other people, the family, competition, colleagues, or employees.
However, there is also a growing group of people who find out that reality is very different the fairytale of the career tiger. It turns out to be totally out of place. They feel much happier as a house- garden- and kitchen cat. They like to deal with friends and colleagues far more important than a lot of money on the bank. The loneliness of the summit makes them unhappy. They much prefer to have a nice family or to contribute something to a better world. These people come to us asking us if we want to help them find themselves. Support them in the process of career tiger to pet cat.
